In 2012, Ramos once filed a lawsuit against defamation against Eric Hartley, who was previously a staff writer and columnist at The Capital, Thomas Marquardt, and editor of the publisher of The Capital.
But by 2015 the high court in Maryland has decided not to grant Ramos’s claim to make him feel resentment with the newspaper.
