– An 18-year-old teenager, Dawone Cook is sued for two years in prison for shooting his friend with a gun while live on Instagram.

Reported by the NY Daily News on Thursday (14/6/018), the local prosecutor said the incident of death Dylan Hemphill (casualty) was not intentional.

Initially Cook and Dylan are streaming live on instagram. Dylan then gave the rifle to Cook. Then Cook accidentally pulled the trigger and hit the head of Dylan.

Dylan was killed instantly at his home. With a serious gunshot wound, Finally his life was not helped anymore.

The warrant was issued for Cook’s arrest after he did not appear on his charges on April 27, according to Clicks in Detroit. He will post the bond and released on May 8th.

Cook can receive a two-year sentence when he returns to court on July 18.
